  • Once logged, your good are stored in a clean, safe and temperature controlled environment which is costed by space.

  • Our fully integrated system means that as soon as an order is made our trained staff can pick and pack it asap in line with your packing and branding requirements.

  • We will despatch your orders wherever they need to be in the world through our national and international carrier networks. Our buying power means shipping costs can be passed directly on to you.

  • If your customers decide to return a product for any reason, it will come back to our service centre. We’ll check if the return is valid and inform you so you can issue a refund if required. Your goods will then return to stock ready to be despatched to a new home.
